The project is a 7 storey IT BPO building with 2 storey commercial building entitled “THE SYNERGY: Taytay IT-BPO Park A study on climate responsive design approach through innovative design”
It is intended to be able to cater the booming industry of the Information Technology – Business Process Outsourcing (IT-BPO) Industry in the country. The site is located in the heart of the Central Business District (CBD) of Taytay Rizal, that shown many pontentials in the previous years. Even if there are some establishments that catering small BPO company it will not satisfy the demand of the opportunities for Taytay. Taytay Rizal spot the 10th place among the 10 next wave cities and the only Municipality that included. It has also a high number of IT Graduates and other specialized graduates.
As a potential solution, The Synergy has been proposed that would accommodate 6,000 IT talent in the whole province of Rizal. The said proposal is consisting of four (4) 7 storey bpo building, one (1) 2 storey commercial building with varieties of dining and shopping that showcase the products of Taytay, and two (2) 1 storey commercial building which has entertainments, fitness, relaxation and pleasure zone.
